Our Story

Ann and Will Zintl founded W. Zintl Construction, Inc. in 1980 as a small framing and drywall company. Their vision was to establish a service that was unique. Offer the best quality product, be ethical and do-it-right the first time. In 1991, the company added a plastering and fireproofing division to better serve their customers needs.

A family approach - Over the decades these values have remained and been instilled in the minds of Ann and Will's three sons; Steve, Joe and Bill.  With the growing involvement of the family's 2nd generation the company re-branded in 2010 to Zintl, Inc. 

In 2015, the company wanted to be a full-service wall and ceiling contractor and added a painting division, making the organization well-rounded. From the beginning, Zintl, Inc. has operated under the same philosophy that hard work, honesty and treating customers and employees as they like to be treated has been the key to building a successful company. 

 

Ann Zintl - President

Ann directs all aspects of the business, including contract, financial, personnel, labor, procurement, and risk management. In addition, she oversees every project budget and status. Ann has managed the company since the beginning and is committed to organizational integrity and excellence.

Will Zintl - Vice President

Will has over 40 years' experience in every aspect of the commercial wall construction business, as an apprentice carpenter, journeyman carpenter, foreman and general foreman. He firmly believes that a job well done means understanding every aspect of the construction process, even the aspects which others contribute. He is the company's field leader and is directly involved in every aspect of getting the job done right and safely. He oversees every project and is often seen on jobsites troubleshooting and making sure things are per plan and on track. When it comes to service and quality he will not cut corners, and believes in giving his crews enough time to do the job right the first time. He has a passion for service and quality instilled in him by his father, a European craftsman who valued pride in his work above all. 

Steve Zintl - Director of Field Operations

Steve manages the daily operations of the painting division along with coordination between the drywall, plastering and fireproofing divisions. Steve brings over 16 years of experience from the commercial construction industry. 

Joe Zintl - Director of Project Management

Joe manages Zintl's top notch estimating and project management team.  He graduated from Dunwoody College of Technology with a Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting & Estimating Technology. 

Bill Zintl - Director of Construction Management & Safety

Bill helps oversee company management operations along with corporate safety policies.  He graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management & Business Administration.
